In the event that your item has been damaged in the post, we offer a photo service to save time and cost on returning items. Please send photos of damages to info@widdlegifts.com with details explaining the damage and your invoice number, we will do our upmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns and refund on unwanted personalised items, where the customer has changed their mind.
